I had some issues with the shipping carrier not updating the progress of my package after the vendor had dropped it off. The vendor was quick to respond. It's so cute!!! I bought this for my brother in law who loves his cat Rory and while it's amazing, the smaller image makes it daintier than what I was going for. That being said, the quality is A+++, super soft and warm, AND the detail??? Omg. I didn't think it was possible for it to look that similar to the picture I sent them. I definitely plan on buying one for myself and my husband in the near future♥️

This shop deserves the utmost praise and definitely deserves your money if you're on the fence about a purchase. First, their customer service is excellent! They maintain a dialogue with you all the way up until the item is shipped and will make changes until the sweater is finished. I made a typo in my original design and they were able to change it last minute, no problem. Second, the sweater quality itself is incredible!! I expected a decent design on a Walmart quality sweater. Nope! The sweater is really high quality, with a super soft inside and smooth outside that feels both comfortable and extremely durable. You know it's going to last a long time, just feeling the material and how durable it is. Finally, the DESIGN!!! It looks exactly like my puppy and it's a flawless stitch that will last. Overall 10/10!!!
