3. Products & Custom Artwork

Nature of Custom Products: Our products are custom-made based on the photos and specifications you provide. Please be aware that:

• Artistic Interpretation: Embroidery is an art form. The final stitched design is an artistic representation of your photo and may not capture every microscopic detail of the original image.
• Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Design Proofs: For custom orders, we provide design proofs. It is your responsibility to review these proofs carefully before approval.

4. User Content & Copyright

When you upload photos or designs to Lollidollyart for embroidery:

• You warrant that you own the copyright to the image or have full permission to use it.
• You agree not to upload images that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., trademarked logos, famous characters) unless you are the owner.
• You grant Lollidollyart a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Our Rights: We reserve the right to refuse to produce any order that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
