At Lollidollyart, we take great pride in creating custom-made products tailored to each customer’s preferences. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please review the details below before placing an order.
✔️ Conditions for Accepting Returns
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
✅ The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.
✅ The wrong design, color, or size was sent.
❌ We DO NOT accept returns in the following cases:
🚫 The customer changed their mind or ordered the wrong item.
🚫 The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
🚫 The shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect, causing the order to be lost.
- Return Request Period: Within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product Condition: Only new, unused items are eligible for returns.
📌 Important: Do NOT return any product without prior approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- We do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- If the product has a defect or is not as ordered, we will send a replacement free of charge.
✔️ Eligible Refund Cases
We only process refunds in the following situations:
✅ The order was lost or incorrectly shipped due to our error.
✅ The cancellation request was made within 24 hours of placing the order (if not processed yet).
✅ The product is defective or does not match the description on our website.
❌ We DO NOT offer refunds in the following cases:
🚫 The customer entered the wrong shipping address, resulting in a lost order.
🚫 The customer changed their mind after receiving the product.
🚫 The product was damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Design Processing Fee: If the design proof has already been sent, a $5 - $15 fee will be deducted from the refund, depending on the complexity.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-30 days, depending on the payment method.

2️⃣ Provide Proof: Attach images if the issue involves a defect or incorrect product.
3️⃣ Wait for Confirmation: We will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
4️⃣ Return the Item (if applicable): If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is due to our mistake.
5️⃣ Receive a Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 7-30 days, depending on the payment method.
- Credit Card Refunds: Up to 30 days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal Refunds: Typically processed within 3-5 business days.
