At Lollidollyart, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below are our clear policies for order cancellations, modifications, and replacements.
Order Cancellation
To cancel, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your Order Number. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- After 24 hours: Since our products are made-to-order, cancellation may not be possible if production has started.
- Our Mistake Policy: If you emailed us within the 24-hour window but we missed your request and shipped the item, we will issue a full refund once you return the package to us.
Changes & Modifications
Need to change the size, color, or shipping address? You can request modifications within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please email [email protected] with the subject line "Modify Order #12345".
After the 24-hour window:Modifications are not guaranteed as the custom design process or production may have already begun. We will do our best to assist, but fees may apply if the design work is already completed.
