Ordering & Customization

How can I place an order?
Ordering is simple! Visit lollidollyart.com to explore our customizable products (text, photo, bulk orders). Choose your design, personalize it with your details, and check out securely.
Does my order come in a set, or do I need to buy items separately?
Each embroidered item is custom-made individually. Orders are NOT sold in pairs. You must add each item (e.g., each hoodie for a couple) to your cart separately before checking out.
Can I add an icon to my design?
Absolutely! You can check the Icon Selection on the product page and note the reference number in your order. If you have your own icon, you can upload it, and we will match it as closely as possible.
How do I upload multiple images (pets, people) for one item?
You can upload multiple images directly on the product page. If you encounter any technical issues, please complete your order and email the images along with your Order Number to [email protected].
Can I request embroidery in a different position?
Yes! We offer flexible placement options:
  • Chest: Left (heart), Right, or Center.
  • Sleeves: Left, Right, or Both (up to 10 names per sleeve).
  • Neckline: Collar area.
  • Hood: On the hood (Hoodies only).
  • Back: Large embroidery.
Simply specify your preference in the order notes!

Design & Approval Process

Can I see the design before purchasing?
We don't offer previews before purchase, but we ensure you love it before we stitch! You will receive a Design Proof within 12-36 hours after placing your order. We require your approval before production starts.
Can I make design revisions?
Yes! We offer unlimited design revisions until you are completely satisfied. Your feedback is crucial to us.
We don’t have a photo together. Can you combine images?
Yes! We specialize in merging separate photos into one seamless design. Perfect for long-distance couples, families, or memorials. Just upload the individual photos, and our artists will blend them.
Can I change my uploaded photo?
Yes, you can update your photo within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact support immediately to avoid delays.
Outline vs. Full-Color Embroidery: Which one to choose?
  • Outline: Minimalist, artistic, modern look.
  • Full-Color: Detailed, vibrant, realistic.
Note: Full-color is best for Chest/Back. Sleeves are limited to Outlines or small elements due to space.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping times vary by country. Please check our Shipping Policy page for restricted countries.
Where is my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan the package initially.
Can I upgrade my shipping method?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us immediately. We can invoice you for the difference to upgrade to Priority or Express shipping.
Do you offer Express Shipping for international orders?
Yes. However, please note that express shipping speeds up the transit time, but customs processing in your country is beyond our control and may still affect the final delivery date.

Products & Payment

What brands/materials do you use?
We use premium brands like Gildan, Comfort Colors, and Jerzees. For bulk orders (5+ items), we can accommodate custom brand requests.
Can I upgrade from a Sweatshirt to a Hoodie?
Yes! Contact us with your Order ID.
  • T-shirt → Sweatshirt/Hoodie: +$5-$15
  • Sweatshirt → Hoodie: +$10
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept PayPal as well as major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) for secure checkout.
Can I change my billing address?
If the order hasn't been processed, we can update it. Please note that for security reasons, we may need to verify your identity if the billing and shipping addresses match.

Cancellations & Other

Can I cancel my order if I don't like the design?
Yes. However, if the design work has already been completed and sent to you for approval, a small design fee ($5 - $15) will be deducted from your refund to compensate our artists.
I received a package with no name. Who sent it?
This often happens with gifts! Please email a photo of the package/label to [email protected], and we will help you verify the sender.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer special pricing for businesses, teams, or events. Contact us for a quote. We also offer a 5% discount on your first order if you subscribe to our newsletter.
