At Lollidollyart, we take great pride in creating custom-made products tailored to each customer’s preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy.
Return Policy
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The wrong design, color, or size was sent by us.
- You changed your mind or ordered the wrong item/size.
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged by you.
- The shipping address provided was incorrect.
Return Request Period: Within 30 days from the delivery date.
Condition: Only new, unused items are eligible.
Refund Policy
- Order lost or incorrectly shipped due to our error.
- Product is defective or not as described.
- Cancellation requested within 24 hours (if not processed).
- Incorrect address provided by customer.
- Change of mind after receiving the product.
- Damage due to improper handling by customer.
If you request a refund after the design proof has already been sent, a $5 - $15 fee will be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If we made a mistake, we will send a replacement free of charge immediately.

- Credit Card: Up to 30 days (depending on your bank).
